Call for Architect EOI

Call registered Architects for commercial buildings are invited to register an EOI for: 

Principal Consultant for construction detail design & issue Construction certificate OF Internal And External Alterations of An Existing Farm Building for Proposed Change of Use into A Place of Public Worship Including Carparking Associated Landscaping on Site. Construction Of A 2 Bedroom Secondary Dwelling to The Rear of An Existing Dwelling House on Site, in Kemps Creek. According to Liverpool Council DA consent & Catholic Archdiocese of Sydney contract conditions for consultant engagement. The selected tenderers will be considered based on relative experience in church buildings design & Successful coordination with other consultants to issue the construction certificate, among other factors.
